  • We do not store your payment details.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Most orders are processed within 3 business days and shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx in most cases. 
  • Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on location.
  • Order fulfillment times may vary due to weather, closures, or other events out of our control.
  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments once handed to the carrier. If you would like an insurance policy on your package, contact us at 828.hype@gmail.com or instagram.com/8two8 prior to purchase. 

6. Returns & Refunds

  • All sales are final. No returns, exchanges, or refunds unless the item is significantly misrepresented.
  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 5 days with photos and details. We will review your case and get back to you as soon as possible.
